Zero Trans Fats
What are Trans Fats?
Trans fat, also known as trans fatty acids, are formed when liquid vegetable oils go through a chemical process called hydrogenation, in which hydrogen is added to unsaturated fats which makes them more saturated. Trans fats can be either monounsaturated or polyunsaturated. These more saturated fats have a higher melting point which extends their shelf life. Because we strive to satisfy our customers on every level, we offer a large line of zero grams trans fat per serving items.
